What do you think of the 2019 liveries? #bbcf1

James Hutton: The camouflage livery’s are the best, Alfa’s looked awesome. Merc always looks good, don’t know what Ferrari were thinking, RP is awful, Haas is lazy, Renault is boring.

Kiri Wood: It's not looking great for Williams is it?? Do you think they will run at all? I was so hoping the car wouldn't be a total dog this year, but I'm not optimistic :-(

Antony Wilding: Still Lost - Williams F1 Car. Owners now extremely worried. Was pedigree but now slightly scruffy. Mainly white with flashes of blue and black on it's sides. May respond to a gentle Polish accent. Any sightings please contact Claire or Frank on 01......

Lucy Holmes: I work in F1 sponsorship so keeping an eye on testing whilst at my desk definitely counts as work...right?

    Yes!

The only action on the track in the last hour and 20 minutes was a 360 spin by Alexander Albon coming out of the final chicane. But just like Sebastan Vettel yesterday, he carried on as if nothing happened.

The moment the top of Daniel Ricciardo's rear wing flew off...

Anyone remember the time Max Verstappen's engine cover blew off?

Alex: Personally I like the Mercedes livery with more black amongst the silver, looks like a world championship winning car...

Oz Philips: The only thing I've noticed with this season's liveries is just how many teams have made the lower half of the car and the rear of the engine cover black/dark to try and hide their "trick" designs. It seems like they only want to colour the top faces.

Andrew Ogley: Can't help thinking that Ferrari calling their car colour Matte Red is like an interior designer trying to convince me that "Midnight in the desert" is really just blue with an arty-farty name.

Inge: The Valentine's Day version of the Alfa is more beautiful than the round-season version, of course. It is amaizing and stylish, actually. But the one for the season is quite good looking as well, and one of the best this season, at least in my opinion.

Racing Point - formerly Force India - had the shortest day on Monday, Sergio Perez managing only 30 laps before the car hit what team principal Otmar Szafnauer described as teething problems that would have been picked up by a shakedown, had the team done one. But the Mexican was happy enough. “It was a promising start, although the mileage wasn’t great,” he said. “I’m quite happy with the level of performance that we managed to get out of the car, especially the balance.”

Kayleigh: Reading from work! Think it may be time to have a coffee and some cereal though. If anyone at my work is also reading and would like to make it for me? Thanks

Steve Carver: If you know the French comic book hero Michel Vaillant, the new Ferrari livery is similar to that of his arch enemy Leader.

Lewis K R: Onto the third cup of coffee for the day, at the desk trying to keep up to date with the testing alongside working! Paying particular attention to Leclerc & Ferrari! Not very compliant of me considering I'm working in compliance!

Daniel:Am I missing something? The McLaren is hideous isn't it? My cat has thrown up nicer colours than that.

Someone take Daniel's cat to the vets.

    Well, not Daniel Ricciardo.

Once again the Ferrari has set the fastest time of 1:18.247. Which seems mightily fast since his team-mate Sebastian Vettel posted a 1:18.161 yesterday afternoon after a whole morning of laps.

Bryce Beeston: Am I the only one who thinks the Ferrari looks dull and boxy, like a cheaply made toy? Doesn't seem to be slowing it down though!

Andy Gould: On the subject of car livery. I still think that the Halo should be liveried to match the driver's helmet, rather than the car - would make ID much easier. Lots of fun to be had too.

Alex Holland-Martin: Who said child minding was hard F1 pre-season on, and my sisters on their tablets F1 goals.

This is what we like to see Alex Hamilton!

Like a Lotus? Are you related to Jolyon Palmer?

Alex Holland-Martin: I'm liking the Alfa and McLaren.

Richard Blackmore: Best looking car for 2019... easy one - Renault

Patrick Beames: How much longer can Williams survive? It's just debacle after debacle.

Well Patrick, that is the question...
