Bottas is on a new hard. That won't be as quick as Russell on a new medium tyre. But there could still be a penalty for Russell.

Russell is told: "We should have good pace with a new tyre set. All not lost."

I think Mercedes have put Bottas' tyres on Russell's car when he came in. Whether they expected Bottas to come in first I don't know.

Mercedes, normally absolutely perfect, who have won the last seven constructors' titles, including this year, seem to have put some of the tyres meant for Valtteri Bottas' car on George Russell's.

They were first and second and cruising. Now Bottas is fourth and Russell is fifth.

Russell is almost certainly done from this race. Mercedes have thrown away this grand prix.

Sergio Perez is now leading this race. Mercedes have messed up this race for both leader George Russell and Valtteri Bottas in second.

There is going to be a penalty coming for Russell for using a mix set of tyres. It is a clanger from Mercedes.

    Heartbreak!

Mercedes put the wrong tyres on George Russell's car. That could get them a penalty too. Disaster. Absolute disaster.

Russell's stop seemed fine, but Mercedes say they have a mixed set of tyres on his car! He has to pit again. This could cost him the race win!

The chase is on. Bottas has four-laps fresher tyres. It will give him a slight advantage.

Bottas is under huge pressure here. If Russell wins this grand prix is going to look awful for the Finn.
