A tyre change for Carlos Sainz and Fernando Alonso. Ferrari and Alpine have both fitted the green intermediated rubber to their driver's cars.
So, the order has shuffled at the top.
Sebastian Vettel is quickest, Carlos Sainz comes next then it's the Alpine of Fernando Alonso, Alpha Tauri's Yuki Tsunoda and the Mercedes of George Russell.
George Russell has five laps on the board and has clocked a time 0.53secs off the top marker Carlos Sainz has posted.
But wait, there's a new leader in town. Sebastian Vettel in the Aston Martin hits a 1:35.821 to lead the field.
Even the groundhogs are giving this session a miss.
Shame for the fans in the stands after yesterday's sunny atmosphere for Canada's return.
Max Verstappen has had a sniff around but he's heading back to base as quickly as he went out.

Meanwhile, his team-mate Fernando Alonso is finding his groove in the wet much quicker than his younger competitors. The two-time world champion slips into second on the timing sheets with a 1:36.074.
Esteban Ocon kicks up a load of spray as he locks up in the Alpine and has to go around the yellow bollard to a safe part of the track.
Movement in the Red Bull garage as Max Verstappen suits up and lowers himself into the car to see for himself how tricky these conditions are.
1. Carlos Sainz (Ferrari) - 1:35.858
2. Valtteri Bottas (Alfa Romeo) +2.051s
3. Lance Stroll (Aston Martin) +2.285s
4. Yuki Tsunoda (Alpha Tauri) +2.404s
5. Sebastian Vettel (Aston Martin) +2.436s
No driver wants a closer look at the spot so many legends have come a cropper over the years.

Friday's second practice session was a tough one for Valtteri Bottas as the Finn had to head back to the Alfa Romeo garage and twiddle his thumbs while his mechanics tried to fix some issues with his car.
Bottas did go quickest just a moment ago with a 1:37.909 but Carlos Sainz has banked a lap 1.078secs better and the Ferrari man now heads the board.
It doesn't look like these slippery conditions will dry up before qualifying, so a wet fight for pole is possibly on the cards in a few hours' time

The big hitters don't feel like taking their coats off and jumping in the car, as the drivers that are out on track struggle to get those wet tyres in a decent window.
Yuki Tsunoda has moved to the top of the timing sheets with a 1:38.262.

"It's quite something to see the reduction in speed compared to yesterday. We're still seeing a lot of people hanging around in the garages not really willing to go out, waiting to see if conditions might improve a little bit."

Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc will start the Canadian Grand Prix from the back of the grid as a result of a penalty for excessive engine usage.
The move follows two engine failures in the last three races that have dealt a significant blow to Leclerc’s title chances.
Leclerc had already incurred a 10-place penalty on Friday in Montreal and on Saturday Ferrari took further new engine parts that increased it.
His race will now be one of damage limitation to his championship hopes.
Ferrari have given Leclerc a whole brand new power-unit on Saturday at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve - a new internal combustion engine, turbo, MGU-H and MGU-K.
Drivers are allowed to use only three of each of these elements this season, and the new parts take him to four already.
This is to add to the new electronics control unit that had already given him a 10-place grid penalty on Friday. That was his third - when only two are allowed.

Big news incoming...
The two Aston Martins and the Alpha Tauri of Yuki Tsunoda - who is another driver this weekend taking a grid penalty - have decided to venture out in the soggy conditions.
The blue-banded wets are bolted on for everyone and Vettel puts his car up into second with a 1:41.532. Tsunoda is four tenths behind the German.
Only the two Haas drivers at the moment have set a time, both on the full wet tyres. Kevin Magnussen is the quicker of the pair with a 1:39.148.
