Well, actually, the finals started early this morning and we've already had some brilliant game play so let's get you up to speed.

  11. Number crunchingpublished at 14:05 British Summer Time 25 May 2015

Right. Let's talk numbers. It's fair to say the People's Cup has been a big deal.

Here's some of the key statistics.

    • More than 30,000 people took part in the first round back in February.

    • That's about 4,300 teams at 100 venues all across the country.

    • They've now been whittled down to around 50 teams, all battling to be crowned champions here in football-mad Manchester.

    • 10 finals are to be decided today: Male, Female, Male Veterans, Walking Football, Pan-Disability, Cerebral Palsy, U14 Boys, U14 Girls, U16 Boys, U16 Girls.

  12. The final countdownpublished at 14:00 British Summer Time 25 May 2015

    FA Peoples Cup branding

It's finally arrived. The FA People's Cup final is here. We're sure you're all up to speed with what the event is but just in case.....

    • One of the biggest 5-a-side tournaments there's ever been in the UK.

    • Everyone's chance to play in their own version of the FA Cup - men and women, boys and girls - from Sunday League regulars to those who have never really kicked a ball.

    • Along with men's and women's competitions - and those for boys and girls - walking football has also been on offer (for those who prefer their 5-a-side at a more sedate pace!) plus a comprehensive offering of disability football festivals.
