    And then some quick feet to see off a defender and a side-footed goal makes it 3-0.

    FA People's Cup: Chewton beat El Rondo 5-4 in a dramatic penalty shootout

    It seemed like nobody was ever going to falter.

    All outfield players from both sides coolly slotted their pens until it came to the keepers.

    Rondo's had his saved, Chewton's hit the net - after a spot of mind games along the way.

    It was a thrilling shoot-out between these two in the U16s boys final.

    Westcliff are through to the Adult Premiership Disability final.

    They beat Sparc United 3-2 on penalties after it ended 1-1 in normal time.

    They'll play Reading FC Deaf, who won their semi-final 4-0 against St Albans City Youth FC.
