    Kavanagh v Harding - Round 1

Sinead Kavanagh and Janay Harding's featherweight bout is under way.

A strong reception for Ireland's Kavanagh during the introductions.

Remember, Kavanagh lost to Harding in 2018 via doctor stoppage after suffering a bad cut, but Kavanagh disputes the decision.

    Can she avenge that defeat?

  2. No McGregor in Kavanagh's cornerpublished at 21:41 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

There's no Conor McGregor tonight in Sinead Kavanagh's corner as the former UFC champion is in the United States filming this year's season of reality TV show, the Ultimate Fighter.

McGregor was an animated presence during Kavanagh's win over Leah McCourt last February, cheering his SBG team-mate on at cage-side.

Kavanagh says McGregor played a part in her recovery from a serious knee injury sustained in that fight, telling her to "trust the process".

  3. Kavanagh's epic comeback from knee injurypublished at 21:36 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

Home favourite Sinead Kavanagh fights Janay Harding next in her first bout since suffering a horrific knee injury in victory over Leah McCourt last February in Dublin.

Kavanagh, 37, had surgery in April to repair a complete tear of her anterior cruciate ligament and medial collateral ligament.

    "It is career-ending," said Kavanagh.

"It is an injury that can end things. I've got screws in my knee to keep my leg attached to my knee."

Read more about her road to recovery towards a rematch of her 2018 featherweight bout against New Zealand's Harding here.

  4. Clarke secures impressive winpublished at 21:34 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

A fine performance from Ireland's Ciaran Clarke there who dominated all three rounds against Greece's Leonardos Sinis.

All three judges scored it 30-26 to Clarke for the unanimous decision.

Clarke, 27, extends the unbeaten start to his career to seven.

    Clarke v Sinis - Round 2

This has been utter domination from Clarke, who has controlled Sinis on the ground while landing a number of strikes throughout the first two rounds.

Impressive performance from the Irishman so far and a big improvement on some of his previous fights, where he has been a slow starter.

  6. Magic lives up to his nicknamepublished at 21:20 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

Very impressed with Norbert 'Magic' Novenyi Jr on the undercard. He beat Andy Manzolo with ease and did it with a smile on his face and rhythm in his feet.

Shades of Michael 'Venom' Page from the 23-year-old, who had a two-year lay-off before tonight due to injury.

He was bouncing on his feet, dropped Manzolo almost at will and the referee eventually stopped the lop-sided contest after three minutes of dominance.

Speaking to MVP earlier tonight, he backed the middleweight for big things in the future. Hopefully sign of things to come from the exciting prospect.

    Clarke v Sinis - Round 1

Ireland's Ciaran Clarke is kicking off the main card in a featherweight bout against Greece's Leonardos Sinis.

There are high hopes for Clarke, 27, who has won the first six fights of his career.

He's made a strong start here, taking Leonardos down and landing strikes from the top position.

  8. What happened on the prelims?published at 21:13 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

Topping the prelims, Irish light-heavyweight Karl Moore extended his winning streak to three in earning a unanimous decision win over Maciej Rozanski.

The victory cements the 31-year-old's top-10 ranking in the division.

Elsewhere there were wins for home favourites Kenny Mokhonoana, Darragh Kelly, Richie Smullen and Brian Moore.

One of the most impressive performances of the night though has come from Russia's Khasan Magomedsharipov, who dominated Rafael Hudson on his way to a first round finish.

  9. Champion v Championpublished at 21:11 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

Yaroslav Amosov was originally meant to defend his welterweight title against Michael 'Venom' Page in London last May, but pulled out after helping to defend his country Ukraine from Russia's invasion.

That led to an interim title fight being made between Page and American Logan Storley, with Storley winning the fight - which you can watch below - by split decision.

Tonight sees the pair face off for the right to be crowned the division's undisputed champion.
