With Donnelly and McShane in there, there are question marks over the Kerry defence. Tyrone have been really good and really solid so far - they'll be very pleased with this start. Kerry look disjointed. Clifford and Geaney haven't really come into the game yet - they need to settle.

  10. 'The most powerful 12 minutes we've seen in a long time' - McGinleypublished at 15:30 British Summer Time 11 August 2019

    Kerry v Tyrone

Enda McGinley, a three-time All-Ireland winner with Tyrone, says the manner in which Dublin crushed Mayo at Croke yesterday has slightly overshadowed this afternoon's game.

    Quote Message

I think the manner of Dublin's victory has changed things. Nobody would have been surprised by a Dublin win but it was the sheer authority with which they completely swatted away a brilliant Mayo side. They say 'it's the hope that kills you' and they would have been hopeful at half-time yesterday, but it was completely crushed in ruthless fashion by probably the most powerful 12 minutes that we've seen in a long time in Gaelic football.

  11. Kerry and Tyrone won't fear Dublin - McKaiguepublished at 15:27 British Summer Time 11 August 2019

    Kerry v Tyrone

While Dublin are seemingly an unstoppable juggernaut destined for five in a row, Derry captain Chrissy McKaigue believes Tyrone and Kerry have two sets of players who wouldn't be overawed by meeting Jim Gavin's men in next month's showpiece.

    Quote Message

I think it might seep through into a few playing groups but I think these teams have as much self-belief as anyone. They're hugely ambitious. It's going to be an incredibly difficult task when one of them faces Dublin but the reward is massive. For Tyrone and Kerry, getting into an All-Ireland final is a prize worth fighting for.

    Kerry v Tyrone

The counties have three victories apiece in six championship meetings.

However, Kerry have prevailed in the last two, including the most recent meeting - a 0-18 - 1-11 victory at Croke Park in the semi-final.

Last year, Niall Sludden's goal proved decisive in Tyrone's tense semi-final win over Monaghan.

Who will step up for the Red Hands this afternoon for a chance to have another crack at Dublin?

    Kerry v Tyrone

Tyrone will be hoping they are partying like it's 2003 this evening as they prepare to take on Kerry in the second All-Ireland semi-final of the weekend at Croke Park.

The two sides met at this stage 16 years ago, with the Red Hands coming out on top and going on to win their first ever senior All-Ireland title.

Mickey Harte's side are well used to reaching the last four - this is their third consecutive semi-final and fourth in five years - and his players also come into the game well rested after he made no less than 15 changes for last weekend's Super 8s dead-rubber against Dublin.

The Kingdom have 37 titles to their name, while Tyrone are going in pursuit of their fourth Sam Maguire - with Dublin awaiting today's winners in the final.
