    Monaghan need more legs in the forward line. They need to up their energy levels, you just want a bit more from them all over the pitch. Tyrone are in control because they are winning the kick-outs - and they are winning them easily.

    Tyrone did have the benefit of a strong enough wind advantage in that first half but their five-point interval lead still looks a very healthy position.

    Canavan's movement and finishing has been key to Tyrone's superiority and it's only Conor McManus' frees that are keeping Monaghan in any kind of touch.

    But Monaghan are going to need a lot more than McManus frees to get back into this game.
