Todd is right on Seeley's back wheel coming out of York corner and over the bumps on the approach to Station.

He tries to draft alongside Seeley but has to slot in behind on the brakes.

Who is keeping their cards close to their chests?

The top three are still all tied together.

Seeley has taken off out front. It'll take a mistake to catch him from here and we're only on lap two.

Todd and Dunlop continue to squabble for second, and it's the latter who is in front come the end of the straight.

  15. McLean pleased after battle with McWilliamspublished at 15:33 British Summer Time 13 May 2023

Adam McLean, after finishing third in the Supertwin:

"Happy to be in here again. That was the ultimate aim. It was a brilliant race with Jeremy [McWilliams], he's a hard charger.

"We came into Metropole and we were about two inches apart. We looked at each other and it was about who was going to give in first.

"Brilliant race but unfortunately I ran on a bit at Mill Road roundabout in the last lap there."

  16. McWilliams 'pretty happy with second'published at 15:32 British Summer Time 13 May 2023

    Supertwin runner-up Jeremy McWilliams:

"I've had a very disappointing day. I was kicking myself up and down that pit lane earlier on for messing up on the last lap.

"I was happy to pull it back. I didn't really think I could win - that KMR is really quick so I'm pretty happy to be second. I wanted to be on the podium - that's why we come here."

  17. Supertwin double 'pretty special'published at 15:32 British Summer Time 13 May 2023

    Breaking

    Lap 4/4

It's a nice and tidy end to the lap for Cooper and he's untroubled as he crosses the line to win by 4.8 seconds.

McWilliams managed to get away from McLean, who has to settle for third.

    Lap 4/4

The McWilliams/McLean battle is still going strong on the run down to University and it's the old guard who has held out and is in a strong second.

Cooper has scampered off up front. He was like a dog playing with a bone (or two) in the opening two-and-a-half laps.

Elsewhere, American rider Cory West is up to seventh on his debut. That's some going.
