Tyrone joint-manager Feargal Logan has said his players are "rebooted" and ready for their All-Ireland opener against what he described as "the form team in Ireland".
Galway were recently crowned Connacht champions while the Red Hands suffered the disappointment of a late, late defeat by Monaghan in their Ulster Championship quarter-final.
Logan admitted the Reds Hands needed a bit of time to get over that loss but is adamant they are ready to bounce back.

Galway v Tyrone (17:15 BST)
So, after all the drama of last week's Ulster final - which Derry won on penalties against Armagh - the All-Ireland series takes centre stage this weekend.
The race for the Sam Maguire has taken on a new format this year, with a round-robin competition seeing 16 counties drawn into four groups of four.
Donegal beat Clare in Group Four earlier today and our focus now turns to the opening encounter in Group Two, which sees Tyrone travelling to play Galway at Pearse Stadium.
The Red Hands, All-Ireland winners in 2021, make their way to the home of the Connacht champions on the back of an agonising last-gasp defeat by Monaghan in the quarter-final of the Ulster Championship.
As they look to bounce back, we will have live text commentary of the game with a match report, highlights and reaction to follow.
Not long now until throw-in. Enjoy!
