Scotstown set the pace from early on finding a two-point lead before both sides struggled to put points on the board firing a number of wides each.

Eventually the sides found their shooting boots bringing the scoring to a two-point game again on the brink of half-time until Sean O'Donnell fired past Rory Beggan to put Trillick into the lead for the first time this afternoon.

Sean O'Donnell's goal proves to be the final touch of the half as Kevin Faloon calls time.
