We have great system but you don't have to have a great system to win one medal. 

There are a lot more different sports in the Games than 30 years ago and we have been good at going with that shift and have done very well.

There are some sports we don't even compete in, we have a very high strike rate. It is 70 odd per cent.

Robert Worsfold: It has got to be the hockey. Genuinely unexpected and a classic final with the team playing above itself, and a dramatic ending.
