FT: Benetton 33-11 Glasgow
Glasgow's new head coach Franco Smith has been giving his thoughts to Premier Sports post match: "Obviously, we're a little under cooked", he said. "There were lots of unforced errors and old habits in the first half.
"It's unfortunate that we didn't play our first two warm-up games. [I'm] disappointed in the result, I think we're a much better team than that.
We're looking forward to getting back out on Monday and going again. Benetton are well coached, they played well. We've plenty plenty to work on.
"I'm still getting to know the players' characters. It's one thing coaching them a new style of rugby, it's another thing to get into their heads."
FT: Benetton 33-11 Glasgow
That defeat feels like a continuation of what we saw at the end of last season - Glasgow leaking points far too easily, and displaying an inability to stay in the contest.
Hardly the bright new dawn Glasgow fans would have hoped for.

Benetton 33-11 Glasgow
That is that in Treviso.
We'll bring you reaction as and when it comes.
Ignacio Mendy
Deary me.
Glasgow look to play some expansive rugby as time ticks away, but the ball goes to ground, and after Ignacio Mendy hacks a kick through, all the winger has to do is pick the ball up cleanly to score his second try.
It finishes off a sobering start to the URC campaign for Glasgow.
Benetton 26-11 Glasgow
Sione Tuipulotu drops a shoulder, beats his man, and offloads to his fellow centre Stafford McDowall. It takes Glasgow over halfway.
They could have done with that sort of thing before the 77th minute.
Benetton 26-11 Glasgow
Glasgow clear their lines, and hack a kick downfield.
Sebastian Cancelliere burns past the chasing Benetton defenders, but overcooks his nudged kick forwards, and it rolls agonisingly out over the dead ball line.
That rather sums up Glasgow's day.
Benetton 26-11 Glasgow
Glasgow knock-on and Benetton have a scrum in a promising position just outside the Warriors 22...
Benetton 26-11 Glasgow
A sharp tap-and-go from Ali Price takes Glasgow up to the half-way line, but Sione Tuipulotu flies into the side of the ruck and gifts Benetton a penalty.
It's poor, mainly because it allows the hosts to slow the play down and control proceedings.
Benetton 26-11 Glasgow
Rory Darge wins the lineout with his first involvement, but then Glasgow knock-on as they attempt to move the ball to the back of a maul.
Any momentum that they had built up has slipped away.
Benetton 26-11 Glasgow
The Warriors appear to have perked up a bit, but it could well be too late for a comeback.
They win a penalty, and kick into Benetton territory.
Zander Fagerson
Glasgow hit back!
Much better play from the visitors and Zander Fagerson blasts his way over the line from close range.
Tom Jordan drags his conversion wide.
Rhyno Smith
No mistake from Benetton full-back Rhyno Smith.
It is now 13 unanswered points for the Italians since the break.
Benetton 23-6 Glasgow
Another Glasgow mistake - there's only so many ways to write that - gives Rhyno Smith another opportunity off the tee.
On this occasion, it was Richie Gray penalised for straying offside.
Benetton 23-6 Glasgow
Ali Price has been introduced off the bench as Franco Smith desperately tries to wrestle control of this game away from Benetton.
Benetton 23-6 Glasgow
Benetton should have scored a bonus point try here.
It's more superb play, featuring deft offloads and a clever chip-and-chase that Glasgow fail to deal with, but referee Frank Murphy deems that Dewalt Duvenage knocked on before the ball was grounded.
Glasgow are struggling to get near the hosts here.
Benetton 23-6 Glasgow
A delicate little kick in behind Sebastian Cancelliere from Giacamo Da Re rolls out for a Glasgow lineout inside the Warriors half.
Benetton continue to squeeze.
Benetton 23-6 Glasgow
Glasgow look to hit straight back, as they win a scrum deep inside Benetton's 22...
They have an entirely new front row, but one of the replacements infringes, and it allows Benetton to clear their lines.
