Jacob Stockdale and Tom Stewart start for Ulster tonight having been released from the Ireland camp, while loosehead prop Eric O'Sullivan will earn his 100th cap.

Nick Timoney starts at number eight, joined by Harry Sheridan and Jordi Murphy in the back row, and Timoney says he is relishing the challenge of a trip to Scotstoun:

"We had our rough block, then it felt like we had a couple of good games and now we are straight back into season-defining games and it is a chance to put everything right," said the 27-year old.

"It helped that we finished that last block of games on a positive - the mood is good".

  2. Cummings returns for Glasgowpublished at 19:16 Greenwich Mean Time 17 February 2023

The headline news for Glasgow is that Scotland lock Scott Cummings makes his first appearance for three months after he picked up a foot injury in the autumn.

Franco Smith names an imposing back row, with Thomas Gordon and Sione Vailanu starting either side of Jack Dempsey, released by Scotland for this encounter.

Stafford McDowall captains the side, continuing his burgeoning centre partnership with Sam Johnson.

The in-form Sebastian Cancelliere misses out, so Ollie Smith shifts onto the wing, and Josh McKay starts at fullback.

    Glasgow Warriors v Ulster (19:35)

With the Six Nations on pause for a week, attention turns to the URC, as Glasgow host Ulster at Scotstoun.

Both sides look strong despite the absence of several internationals, and it's a sell-out. We look well set for a cracker under the lights.

Let's have a look at the teams in full, shall we...
