Johnny Matthews comes into the front row alongside fellow Scotland internationals Jamie Bhatti and Zander Fagerson, while Thomas Gordon replaces the injured Sione Vailanu in the back row.
The other alteration comes in the backline, with Tom Jordan starting at fly-half in place of Ross Thompson.

The hosts started quickly and took an early lead through Ross Thompson's penalty and Kyle Rowe's converted try.
