And that's that. Novak Djokovic is the prince of Paris, while Andy Murray has to move on to London and the Davis Cup final. We'll be with him every step of the way, so join us then. Bye for now.
Lots of thank yous from Novak and he also tells us how proud he is to win the trophy. With that, he's done, then stands to pose with the trophy.
Novak, by the way, is conducting most of this post-match speech in French. Is there anything he can't do?
Novak Djokovic: "It was a tough match today and I wish Andy all the best for the rest of the season both in London and the Davis Cup final. I know you want to to do well."
Andy Murray: "Thanks to all the crowd for coming out and supporting, I look forward to coming back next year.
"Congratulations to Novak on another fantastic week. It's been a great year for him again. He fully deserves the number one spot, hopefully I can get a little bit closer next year.
"Thank you to my team. It's been a great week for me, the first time past the quarter-finals here. It's progress and I'll try next year to go one better."
Novak Djokovic gets his hands on the trophy, which looks like a naked tree. More awful dance music as he shows it to the crowd.
Luckily, Andy Murray is still "Andy Murray" in French. Hugs, a silver trophy for being runner-up, waves to the crowd. He looks hacked off, naturally.
The presentation is just getting under way. It's in French, so I'm struggling. Sorry.
Djokovic, by the way, is behind only Rafael Nadal in terms of Masters wins. The Spaniard is only one title ahead of him. The Serb has won 29 consecutive matches indoors, a run going back to 2012.
Murray is back in his chair, his face covered by a towel. He'd rather be anywhere else, especially with the awful whistley tune that is currently being pumped out.

Barry Flatman, Sunday Times: "I don't think Murray could have done any more this week. His form was perfect. he can throw his best game at Djokovic, but Djokovic can just be that little bit better."

"What Djokovic did in 2011 was exceptional, extraordinary, but he's now surpassed that achievement. He's unchallenged at the top of the men's game. Andy Murray will have to accept that he was once again second best to Novak Djokovic."
Murray has now lost three Masters finals this year, all to Djokovic.

"You just have to suck it up when you've lost a final and hope the aftermath goes as quickly as it possibly can."
Handshakes between the two familiar foes, again to the soundtrack of dodgy dance music. Djokovic sits and puts on a watch ready for the presentation, just to keep the sponsors happy. Murray is off into the crowd, out of sight.
On top of the world, on top in Paris. Novak Djokovic rules the French capital, sealing his 58th career crown and 26th Masters 1000 title. That's 10 wins this year, a record six of them Masters triumphs. The Serb is just about unstoppable.
Djokovic bounces the ball as he waits to serve, the umpire asks the rowdy crowd to be quiet. Trading backhands, 15-15. Murray long, then long again. Two match points...
Shohidur Rahman: Djokovic is leagues ahead of Murray. Murray is a brilliant player but will never be as good as Novak
Murray's serve keeps this one alive, Djokovic will be made to work just a little longer for his 10th title of the season. The players sit, perhaps for the final time, as darkness and dance music cover Paris. Is that really necessary?
Murray is digging deep into his box tricks in a bid to salvage something from this match. He steps in to the Djokovic serve. Nothing. He comes to the net and has an open-goal of an overhead. Netted. A Djokovic ace, the Serbian charge only halted by a Murray return laced with frustration. The world number one is one game away.
