Fans camping overnight for Wimbledon have been practising their best tennis rants following Viktor Troicki's outburst on Thursday.

One group even set up their own umpire's chair - and threw in a Wales flag ahead of the Euro 2016 football quarter-final against Belgium tonight.

You can relive the antics from our Facebook Live right here., external

  2. No play on the outside courts until 18:15 BSTpublished at 17:44 British Summer Time 1 July 2016

The Met Office have been on the blower.

And the Referees' Office do not like what they are hearing.

There are still some dirty splodges on the rain radar so they confirm that there will be no play on the outside courts until at least 18:15 BST.

These pictures were taken 10 minutes apart. Which illustrates what a difference the retractable roof makes on Centre Court at Wimbledon.

As the rain comes down outside, covers go on the main court grass while the roof closes overhead. A process which usually takes about half an hour.

The moving roof weighs 1,000 tonnes and covers 5,200 square metres.

  4. Middle Sunday musingspublished at 17:39 British Summer Time 1 July 2016

So, what are the chances of the organisers taking up their option on Middle Sunday for the first time since 2004?

Well, there is only one second-round match that is yet to get under way - Petra Kvitova's meeting with Ekaterina Makarova on Court Two.

If they could get that and all the other second round matches done by the end of today, then we could have all the men's and women's third round matches staged tomorrow and be back on schedule for the fourth round on Monday.

If not, it might be time to break glass and release that spare day.

    S Williams 4-4 McHale

Serena Williams strides back onto Centre Court.

The lid has been pulled across the soft-top arena and she and Christina McHale are just knocking up.

We are level on serve in the opener.

Finally Court Two sees something darker than Nick Kyrgios' mood. This blacker-than-coal cloud above SW19 ruins the fun just as the Aussie has a sniff of swiping Dustin Brown's serve in the decider. Kyrgios could do with a camomile tea to calm himself down.

"Come on Dustiiiiin!" Brown has a recording of a woman's voice shouting for him on a loop. It comes on after every point. Oh wait, it's actually a real woman. Dustin is lapping it up, Kyrgios isn't.

Someone else in the crowd behind Brown has a cheeky dig at a line judge's call against the German. He laughs. And that riles Kyrgios. The Aussie has a pop at Brown at the next changeover. Tetchy.
