Andy Murray comes to the net to ping away some sharp stop volleys. He is looking loose and limber. And Ivan Lendl seems happy. Old Stoneface is practically purring with praise.
Doi 3-6 1-6 Kerber
Angelique Kerber took the second set against Misaki Doi with consummate ease and the way she clinched match point epitomised her dominant performance.
Federer v Johnson
Jim Courier
Former world number one on BBC TV
Johnson comes in with no experience on Centre Court but nothing to lose, it is all up side for him, all experience.
He is looking forward to the chance of showing what he can do.

Angus Blankenstein: Best sports theme tune has to be Ski Sunday's Pop Goes Bach.
Tom: Best the song for me has to the funky Soul Limbo (cricket). I don't even like cricket! (Snooker & wimby'88 songs rule)
Federer v Johnson
Tim Henman
Former British number one on BBC TV
When I look back at nature of tournament it is one of two halves.
Federer was very fortunate in top half of the draw. He played Monday, Wednesday, Friday and was totally unaffected by the rain delays.
He will be delighted with where he is at but he hasn't really been tested and will have to up his game if he is going to get through to the final.
Federer v Johnson
There's a buzz in the air on Centre Court. And so there should be with this top-notch schedule of matches.
Roger Federer and Steve Johnson are out on the grass having a warm-up.
Almost time to get the men's last 16 under way.

Hi ho. Via a series of selfies en route, it is off to training Andy Murray goes. Coach Ivan Lendl is waiting for him already down on court, stretching off the old limbs in a slightly threatening way.
Fitness trainer Matt Little gets a gentle ribbing from Lendl who suggests that he might want to look out for low-flying miscued forehands as punishment for his tardiness.
Jurak/Rodionova 4-6 Konta/Sanchez
Anastasia Rodionova was not happy about receiving a code violation from the umpire in her doubles match - and she made her feelings known. Britain's Johanna Konta and partner Maria Sanchez have taken the first set in this match.
Doi 3-6 1-6 Kerber
We have our first quarter-finalist, ladies and gents.
Angelique Kerber, the German fourth seed, has swept aside Misaki Doi of Japan in straight sets.
Kerber, who beat Serena Williams to take the Australian Open title earlier this year, will face the winner of Simona Halep v Madison Keys.
Federer v Johnson (13:00 BST)
Seven-time champion Roger Federer will soon be out on Centre Court for his last-16 match.
But what do we know about his opponent?
Steve Johnson is an American 26-year-old who is bidding to reach a Grand Slam quarter-final for the first time.
He's ranked 29th in the world and recently claimed his first title at the Nottingham Open.
Doi 3-6 0-5 Kerber
Angelique Kerber is making light work of the second set against Misaki Doi. Doi has made 24 unforced errors so far, while Kerber only has five.

Nicholas Wall: Not amongst the favourites to win the title, but Cibulkova one to watch. Won at Eastbourne, yet to drop a set here.

Radwanska has got to stay positive and hope that Cibulkova goes off a bit because right now she is right on target with the ground strokes.
Federer v Johnson
We have a special guest in the BBC Radio 5 live commentary box this afternoon.
The most famous man from Wimbledon week one: Marcus Willis.
You know, the one we all took our shoes off for? 'Willbomb's on fire' etc etc
He'll be on air for Steve Johnson against Roger Federer - the man who knocked him out in the second round.

As Andy Murray's campaign goes further so the waiting press pack gets larger and hungrier.
A mob of microphone and camera lenses await the British number one's expected appearance on Wimbledon's practice courts.

I think if the draw opens up, it is the one major where she has an advantage, she loves playing on this surface.
