    Isner 0-1 *Murray

Murray will serve, and he follows up a double fault with an ace to bring it level.

A backhand down the line, another ace and that's the first game of the final to Murray.

Murray's crowning moment was nothing like anticipated. Instead of beating Raonic on Bercy's centre court, it was in the locker room the Canadian delivered the news he wouldn't be able to contest the semi-final because of a tear in his thigh.

Murray was reviewing Raonic's quarter-final performance on his tablet at the time.

Murray has been on an incredible run this year. He can now call himself, just like his brother Jamie, a world number one.

  4. 'An average family from a small Scottish town'published at 14:06 Greenwich Mean Time 6 November 2016

Judy Murray has been talking to BBC Radio 5 live's Sportsweek about the achievements of both her sons.

Older Murray brother Jamie topped the doubles rankings in March 2016, becoming the first Briton to do so under the modern system, and also won the mixed doubles title at Wimbledon in 2007.

"For an average family from a small town (Dunblane) in Scotland, what they have managed to achieve is quite extraordinary," she said.

"After we found out we were looking back over the years and talking about how Jamie had made number one first and won Wimbledon first.

"As the older brother, it was an order that was meant to be."
