A dodgyish first serve from Jabeur, but Rybakina skews it long.

30-40. Still a chance for Rybakina.

    Rybakina 3-6 6-2 Jabeur*

Now this time Jabeur is on the board as Rybakina nets a forehand.

This is just too good from Rybakina now, though, threading the ball from side to side and bringing up two break points as Jabeur nets...

    Rybakina 3-6 6-2 Jabeur*

Good defence from Jabeur, but she's lucky that Rybakina's cross-court swipe is out.

    No, wait! It's in!

    0-30!

The way Rybakina served it out will really carry her forward with a boost. Jabeur will have to reset.

The momentum is firmly with Elena Rybakina in this second set.

  11. Rybakina serving for setpublished at 15:19 British Summer Time 9 July 2022

So good, so composed by Elena Rybakina.

Three set points come up with a long backhand block from Ons Jabeur.

Things have drifted away so quickly for Jabeur in this second set.

She will want to get some tennis going before the probable decider.

  13. Jabeur holdspublished at 15:16 British Summer Time 9 July 2022

    *Rybakina 3-6 5-2 Jabeur

This is a little more like it from Ons Jabeur, forcing her way to game point...

...And she wraps up a much-needed hold as Elena Rybakina nets a reurn of serve.

  14. Postpublished at 15:15 British Summer Time 9 July 2022

    Rybakina 3-6 5-1 Jabeur*

A wild backhand from Jabeur goes flying over the baseline before a net wobble falls kindly for Rybakina, and despite Jabeur's best tweener effort, she can't get back into the point.

0-30 down and if she's broken her, Rybakina will serve first in the final set...

Jabeur has slumped shoulders and I feel like she really thinks she should have been back in this set.

You can feel the energy shifting all the time in tennis. Jabeur is fully aware she is allowing her opponent to believe she can win the title.

  16. Rybakina a game from second setpublished at 15:14 British Summer Time 9 July 2022

    Rybakina 3-6 5-1 Jabeur*

A gorgeous ace out wide from Rybakina - her first of the match! - sends a puff of chalk dust flying up into the air.

Another huge first serve wraps up a hold to 15. Jabeur's shoulders slump a little further. She'll have to serve to stay in this second set.

A couple of times now, Jabeur has bent over and ran her hand down her right shin.

Not sure if something is bothering her physically.

More likely, something has gone wrong mentally as she can't execute at the moment.

  18. Postpublished at 15:11 British Summer Time 9 July 2022

All the mistakes and the loose stuff seems to be coming from the racquet of Jabeur.

  19. Rybakina breaks againpublished at 15:10 British Summer Time 9 July 2022

    *Rybakina 3-6 4-1 Jabeur

    Long goes the Jabeur forehand!

That was not a good game by any measure from Jabeur, who has let four break opportunities slip in this second set.

  20. Break point Rybakinapublished at 15:10 British Summer Time 9 July 2022

    Rybakina 3-6 3-1 Jabeur*

    Oh, no, no, no...

Jabeur skips to the net and snatches her forehand into the tape.

She shrugs her shoulders but she's break point down...
