So, Serena Williams' long-awaited comeback after almost a year out resulted in an entertaining win alongside Ons Jabeur at Eastbourne.

It's just a few days until Wimbledon starts, so it seems like a good time to tell you about 5 Live's new Wimbledon Daily podcast.

Woah. It had already been a brilliant day for the Brits at Eastbourne, with victories for Dan Evans, Katie Boulter and Ryan Peniston.

But this latest one might just top the lot.

Jodie Burrage, the 23-year-old world 169, has beaten Spanish top seed and world number four Paula Badosa in straight sets, 6-4 6-3.

Here's what Serena Williams had to say:

"It was so fun to play with Ons. We had fun. Our opponents played amazing and we were just trying to stay in there."

On who called who to set up the doubles partnership: "I called her! She has been playing so well and I knew I had to play some matches. She's always been so sweet to me on tour."

On growing into the match: "Yeah I caught some fire behind me! I needed that. It was good."

On whether they will play doubles together at Wimbledon: "We're taking this show on the road! No, we're just taking it one day at a time."

Jabeur clips long from the back of the court, and we're all level at 6-6!

Serena Williams gets the better of Marie Bouzkova from the baseline with some deep hitting for a 6-4 advantage.

Can the American extend that lead with her second serve? Ah, Jabeur springs across at the net and pulls a volley wide.

A fine backhand from Jabeur. 5-3. The momentum has shifted.

Jabeur and Williams bring themselves level in the tie-break at 3-3.

Can the Tunisian get them ahead for the first time? She can! A huge forehand out wide makes it three points on the bounce.

Bouzkova nails a volley down the centre and Williams can't get behind it, but a double fault brings the score to 3-2. It's tense!

It's first to 10 points, and by a margin of two, in the deciding tie-break.

The first point goes the way of Bouzkova and Sorribes Tormo.
