The stress levels are rising. For someone so calm, like Rybakina, you get the feeling that the nerves are jangling a little bit.

A gorgeous backhand dropped perfectly into the corner earns Rybakina another game point.

This time, finally, she makes use of it.

More superb serving from Rybakina earns her advantage, but she mistimes a return to take us back to deuce.

A backhand into the corner hands her another chance, but Sabalenka saves it, biding her time before cracking a forehand into space.

Rybakina saves break point with a huge serve that Sabalenka can't return in.

At 15-0 up, fab footwork from Rybakina allows her to get around Sabalenka's return and whip over the forehand winner.

But she double faults for the first time today, before a forehand down the line just nudges out.

Sabalenka seizes control with a cracker of a forehand down the line that Rybakina doesn't even attempt to reach.

With the help of the net cord, Rybakina has time to adjust to a Sabalenka return and simply places a backhand into empty court for game point, which is then converted as her opponent nets.
