This has a McGregor vs Aldo feel to it… the young trash talking cub vs the grizzled veteran! Here’s to hoping for a Holloway victory though!

Topuria v Holloway
Topuria lands a takedown early on Holloway, maybe as more of a warning to show he's got that in his arsenal. Topuria is landing a number of outside leg kicks in the early stages. They can soon cause you immense pain.

A lot of range is what Max Holloway should do.
Topuria needs to get close. Topuria is fast.
Topuria v Holloway
Topuria does what he promised he would do and points to the middle of the cage to encourage Holloway into a swinging match. Holloway, though, opts against it at this stage. Maybe something to revisit later on...

I have Topuria winning, elite in so many aspects and I think he could get the win inside 3 rounds. If Max can get his deadly power shots and break Topuria down then he could be the new champ.

I must say, I am a huge fan of the gold gloves the fighters now wear in title fights. Both have them on here, of course.

Max Holloway has developed something of a trademark in the UFC when he points to the ground towards the end of a fight, inviting his opponent to stand and swing for the remaining few seconds.
No one knows this better than Justin Gaethje who in April, accepted Holloway's invite to throw down, before suffering the 'KO of the century'.
Interestingly, Ilia Topuria has said multiple times in the build-up to this fight that he's going to point to the ground at the very start of the bout to invite Holloway to trade.
Keep an eye on that one...

Holloway is big for the weight and he has his eyes set solely on becoming world champion again.
From one football legend (Sergio Ramos) to another (Cristiano Ronaldo).
Paul Hughes lit up the PFL last week. After his brilliant win, the Irish fighter was hanging around with Ronaldo!
What next, eh?!
Topuria v Holloway
Max Holloway is in the cage and awaiting the arrival of Ilia Topuria. The lights dimmed, the fans cheered and now the champion is jogging to the cage.
We're moments away.
Hasbula Magomedov and Sergio Ramos are cageside with the main event coming up next!

Let's hear it then, who've you got tonight?
Is Max Holloway becoming world champion or is Ilia Topuria retaining his belt?
Give me a thumbs up for Holloway or a thumbs down for Topuria.
Ilia Topuria was born in Germany to Georgian parents, moved to Georgia at the age of seven, before relocating to Spain as a teenager.
You'll notice the 27-year-old is wearing fancy custom-made red, black and gold shorts tonight, in tribute to his home country Spain.
Here's what he told BBC Sport earlier this week about why he chooses to represent Spain on the global stage.
"I can’t deny that I have Georgian blood, both my parents are from Georgia," said Topuria.
"But I grew up in Spain, Spain gave me the possibility to fight for my dreams. I met MMA in Spain, my son lives in Spain, my family and I do, so of course, I have to represent Spain."
Come on now, I'm sure there are plenty of you out there who think you could give it a go in the UFC. Well, Dana White has given a fan an opportunity to earn a contract after being asked at the news conference.
The fan was identified among MMA circles as Dorobshokh Nabotov, with MMA statistics website Sherdog,, external saying he is unbeaten, winning eight fights.
White says Nabotov will feature on the 'Korean Zombie' Chan Sung Jung's promotion in South Korea on 14 December so keep an eye out!
Chimaev beats Whittaker by submission

Chimaev just jumped the [title] line after that.
Speaking of Sergio Ramos, here's a picture of him thrilled to be at the weigh-in yesterday. Just a quick one though, what do you think of his outfit? Reckon you could pull this off on a night out?
To go with his sleeveless leather jacket, Ramos has some lovely grey three-quarter-length trousers on, maroon socks and black loafers.
Chimaev beats Whittaker by submission
Well then, that was something special from Khamzat Chimaev. From the very first seconds, Chimaev rushed Whittaker and used his wrestling skills to get the submission.
Chimaev tried the rear naked choke but his arm was on the jaw of Whittaker, causing him to tap almost instantly and point to his jaw. That looked painful!
