Ryan Farquhar dominated Saturday's Mid Antrim 150 with five victories at the 3.6-mile Clough circuit.

The Dungannon rider started with a win in the Open race and followed that up with success in the Supertwins and Supersport 600cc events.

Farquhar comfortably won the Moto 450 class, before completing his five-timer with victory in the Grand Final.

Ballymoney rider Paul Robinson won the 125cc event while there was success for Tommy Henry in the Junior race.

Farquhar set a new lap record for the Supertwin category at 98.735mph.

Derek Shiels and John Burrows completed the podium in the feature event of the day.

Last year's event had to be cancelled after a deliberate oil spill on the course, combined with heavy rain, made conditions treacherous.

A record prize fund of £10,000 was on offer this year, but brothers William and Michael Dunlop again opted to sit out the event.

Michael Pearson withdrew from the event because of 'safety concerns' after Friday night's practice session had been held in the wet.

Adrian Archibald and Davy Morgan were also non-starters.
