Plymouth Devils suffer crushing loss at Berwick

Plymouth Devils' poor away form continued after they were beaten 56-39 by bottom-of-the-table Berwick Bandits.

The Devils were never really in the match and managed just three heat advantages in the entire meeting.

Ben Barker top scored for Plymouth with 16 points with his main support coming from American international Ryan Fisher who scored nine.

But it was the all round strength of the Bandits line-up that proved too good for the visitors.

Plymouth will be hoping to end their away hoodoo when they travel to 10th placed Sheffield on Thursday.
