England 34-49 New Zealand

England's hopes of reaching the final of the Netball World Championships were dashed after they were outclassed by New Zealand in Singapore.
England trailed 23-18 at half-time and the deficit would have been greater if not for the robust defending of Geva Mentor and Sonia Mkoloma.
But the Silver Ferns found another gear in the third quarter, punishing England for their wayward shooting.
England bounced back on Sunday however to beat Jamaica 70-49 to claim bronze.
