English rider Martin Jessopp will ride Ducati machinery in the Superbike and Superstock classes at the North West 200 next month.

The Somerset rider qualified second for last year's Superbike races after an impressive performance in the Thursday practice session.

The 26-year-old finished second to Michael Rutter in the Macau Grand Prix last year.

Jessopp is competing in the World Supersport Championship this season.

Last season, he took part in the British Superbike Championship.

"I've enjoyed the North West 200 experience each year I've been there but, of course, I have my sights set on a victory," said Jessopp.

"I was really pleased with my qualifying time last year and am hoping to top that this year.

"It's a challenging course but that's why it's one of my favourites, so I'm looking forward to returning on a great bike."
