Former Antrim hurling manager Jim Nelson has agreed to join the county's management team for the remainder of this season.
Nelson's decision following manager Jerry Wallace's resignation last week.
Former county boss Nelson, who helped Antrim reach the 1989 All-Ireland final will become part of the backroom team of interim managers Collie McFall and Frankie Quinn.
Wallace cited a row with RTE as his reason for stepping down.
His departure also came after Gergory O'Kane and Terence McNaughton quit the backroom team.
