London Broncos sign Scott Wheeldon from Hull KR

London Broncos have signed Scott Wheeldon from Hull Kingston Rovers for the remainder of the 2012 season.

The 26-year-old prop made his debut for Hull FC in 2006 before moving to Rovers at the end of 2008.

London Broncos head coach Rob Powell said: "We have been a bit thin on props and having played over 120 Super League games Scott has a lot of experience."

Wheeldon said: "I'm really happy to come to London and be given the chance to better my career."

He added: "It will be good to get some game time under my belt and play."
