St Helens forwards Anthony Walker and Jordan Hand have signed new contracts after breaking into the first team at Langtree Park this season.

Walker, 21, and 19-year-old Hand are two of seven academy graduates to be given their Super League debuts by Saints head coach Nathan Brown in 2013.

"They are natural, not manufactured, players and have come through a good system," Brown told the club website., external

Hand has agreed a deal to the end of 2014, but Walker will stay until 2015.

Their deals follow new contracts for centres Jordan Turner and Mark Percival, who extended their stays at the Super League club earlier this month.
