Salford Red Devils have signed prop forwards Matt Groat and Luke Menzies for the 2015 Super League season.

Australian Groat, 22, is currently with NRL side St George Illawarra, having joined them from Wests Tigers in 2013.

Menzies, 26, is currently with Championship side Swinton, and his past clubs include Hull KR and Dewsbury.

Meanwhile, Adrian Morley will become player-general manager from next season, though the club are yet to reveal what the role will entail.

It is the latest backroom change since Marwan Koukash bought the Super League side in 2013.

He quickly replaced coach Phil Veivers with Brian Noble, who subsequently left the club 12 months later with Iestyn Harris taking charge.

Morley's new deal means he will play on past his 38th birthday in May 2015, although the other aspect of his new role may mean his on-field appearances are more limited.

He began his career with Leeds in 1995 and has won more caps for England and Great Britain than any other player.
