Super League play-off semi-finalists Catalan Dragons have agreed a deal to re-sign France international prop Remi Casty from NRL side Sydney Roosters.
Casty, 29, will be released from his current deal with the Roosters to take up a four-year contract at the Stade Gilbert Brutus from 2015.
He made nine appearances in the NRL during 2014, scoring two tries.
"It was a tough decision to leave the NRL but I couldn't refuse the contract offered by the Dragons," Casty said.
"The club has great ambitions for next year, the 10th season fir the Dragons in Super League, and it's great to be back and to be a part of that."
His form in Super League - 155 appearances and 18 tries - brought 2012 Dream Team recognition as he became the first French player to be named in the end-of-season honours.
France coach Richard Agar selected him for the 2013 World Cup, a competition that preceded the move to the Roosters, with whom he won a minor Premiership this autumn and also lifted the World Club Challenge against Wigan in February.
"I'm really satisfied to sign Remi Casty," coach Laurent Frayssinous said. "He will bring us his on-field qualities and his leadership and charisma, both on and off the field.
"He played in one of the best teams in the world this season and he will share his experience to the team."
