York City Knights, the lowest-ranked team left in the competition, will travel to 12-time winners St Helens in the sixth round of the Challenge Cup.

Cup holders Leeds host West Yorkshire rivals Huddersfield and Wigan face Hull KR in all-Super League ties.

Warrington travel to Championship side Dewsbury Rams while Leigh Centurions have been rewarded for knocking out Salford with a trip to Wakefield.

The ties will be played between 15 and 17 May.

Championship leaders Leigh recorded the biggest upset of the fifth round by beating the Red Devils, Super League's fourth-placed side, 22-18 on Saturday.

League One York have reached the final of the competition once, when they were runners-up in 1931, and face a daunting task at reigning Super League champions St Helens, who are second in the table.
