Hull FC have signed Canterbury Bulldogs forward Frank Pritchard on a two-year contract, with the option of a third.

The 31-year-old New Zealand and Samoa international will join the Super League side for the 2016 season.

He told the club website: "The Super League is continuing to grow and to be able to go over there and continue as a professional athlete is exciting.

"Having spoken to the guys there I can see what they're trying to build and what they want to achieve."

Meanwhile, the Black and Whites have relinquished the English registration of centre Ben Crooks.

The 22-year-old joined Parammatta Eels last September but has not featured for the NRL side's first team and is now free to join another side in England.
