RFL to consider Toulouse return to British leagues

Toulouse played in the Championships before withdrawing in 2011
The Rugby Football League is to consider the re-introduction of French side Toulouse Olympique into the League One division for the 2016 season.
Officials from Toulouse presented their case to the RFL, external for re-joining the league, having previously withdrawn at the end of the 2011 season.
Toulouse reached the Challenge Cup semi-finals in 2005, losing to Leeds.
More recently, they have won back-to-back French titles, beating Carcassonne in this year's final.
