Super League's Magic Weekend will return to Newcastle United's St James' Park ground in 2016, the Rugby Football League has confirmed.
Six games involving all the top-flight teams will take place over the weekend of 21-22 May 2016.
The event was staged in the North East for the first time this year with Manchester City's Etihad Stadium unavailable because of rebuilding.
And St James' Park set a new overall attendance record of 67,788.
Leeds against Wigan is the closing match of day one, following Warrington versus Castleford and Salford taking on Widnes.
Hull FC and Hull KR will bring the weekend to an end on the Sunday, after St Helens play Huddersfield and Wakefield face Catalans Dragons.
"Magic Weekend this year was a huge success. We had a record attendance for the weekend and it contained some incredible moments that will live long in the memory," Super League general manager Blake Solly said.
"I would like to thank everyone in Newcastle for their support with the event and hopefully we can build on the brilliant success of 2015."
The event has previously been taken to Cardiff's Millennium Stadium and Murrayfield in Edinburgh as well.
