Castleford Tigers prop Lee Jewitt is to leave the Super League side at the end of the season to move to Australian club Townsville Blackhawks.

The 29-year-old joined the Tigers from French side Limoux in May 2014 and has made 24 league appearances.

Coach Daryl Powell said: "Lee Jewitt has been a quality player for the club over the last two years.

"Once he finishes his time here with a superb season I wish him and his family all the best in their move."
