Papua New Guinea international Emmanuel Waine has signed a new one-year deal with newly-promoted London Broncos.

Second-row Waine was part of the PNG squad that reached the quarter-finals of the Rugby League World Cup in 2022.

He joined Broncos in 2023 from Papua New Guinea Hunters but only made 14 appearances last season due to injury.

"I'm really looking forward to being a part of a great team and a great culture which the team has created," Waine, 27, told the club website., external

"It is a massive privilege to be staying with the London Broncos next season in the Super League.

"I'm really looking forward to getting back out there and doing what I do best and making sure the London Broncos are a team which can really compete."

Broncos secured their return to Super League with an 18-14 win against Toulouse Olympique in the Championship Grand Final in October.
