Leeds Rhinos and St Helens will meet in the standout tie of the men's Challenge Cup sixth round, while holders Leigh Leopards have been drawn at home to Championship side Featherstone Rovers.
Wigan, the most successful side in the cup's history, face a repeat of the 1998 final against Sheffield Eagles.
Last year's runners-up Hull KR play Salford, while city rivals Hull FC travel to Huddersfield.
Castleford boss Craig Lingard returns to former club Batley.
Elsewhere, Warrington have an all-Super League tie against London Broncos, and Halifax, one of the four second-tier sides, welcome Catalans Dragons.
Ties take place over the weekend of 22-24 March.
Adrian Lam's Leopards will begin their defence of the trophy, which they won with a 17-16 golden point win over Hull KR, against three-time winners Featherstone, whose win in 1983 against Hull FC remains one of the all-time great cup shocks.
"Interesting as usual," Lam told BBC Sportsday. "I'm just grateful for a home game, it's exciting and will come along quickly so bring it on.
"It's great for Fev, and we had a couple of strong battles against them in the Championship and they'll relish that challenge to come here and we're looking forward to it."
