Wigan centre Eckersley signs new four-year deal

Zach Eckersley has scored seven tries in 16 appearances for Wigan Warriors this season

Wigan Warriors centre Zach Eckersley has signed a new four-year deal.

The 20-year-old has made 16 appearances in all competitions so far this campaign and scored the opening try in the Challenge Cup final win over Warrington Wolves.

“I’m really proud to be able to sign with the Club for a further four years," he told the club website.

“I’ve been given some fantastic opportunities already since moving up to the first team squad, opportunities that have come about from working as hard as I can and that’s what I need to continue to do.”
