Bradford bring back forward Sutton from NRL

Bradford Bulls have signed Ryan Sutton with the English forward a free agent after his contract with NRL side Gold Coast Titans had expired.

Now 30, Sutton spent seven years in Australia for Canberra Raiders, Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs and then the Titans.

Before that, he was a Grand Final winner with Wigan Warriors in both 2016 and 2018, playing more than 100 games for his hometown club.

Sutton, who operates as a prop or second-row, has signed a two-year deal with the Bulls as they prepare for their Super League return.

Bulls head coach Kurt Hagerty told his club's website, external: "He is a massive statement signing for the club. He will bring a wealth of experience and a healthy competitive nature to the team."
