Wigan Warriors have signed dual-code Wales international Bethan Dainton from Leeds Rhinos.
Dainton, 36, who has won eight caps for Wales in both league and union, will head to champions Wigan for the 2026 Super League campaign after three seasons with Leeds.
The forward left rugby union, where she had played for Harlequins, to move to the Rhinos, playing in both their Challenge Cup final defeats by St Helens at Wembley in 2023 and 2024.
"I'm really excited to be signing with the Warriors," said, external Dainton, who serves full-time in the British Army.
"The team's style of rugby really suits the way I like to play, I can't wait to meet the girls, get stuck into pre-season, and work hard to prepare for a big year ahead."
