While I point out how unyielding Rovers' defence has been, it’s only right that I also mention how red hot their attack has been.
They have managed 21 tries in their past three matches. That’s only a staggering average of seven a game.
Tom Briscoe finds himself under pressure as he mops up a Robins kick near his line, and the hosts are again playing themselves out of danger.
Hull FC 0-12 Hull KR
Hull FC marched forward with real purpose in attack before they were stunned by those two Rovers tries.
But unpicking Hull KR's defence has been hard going for just about everyone this season.
They have conceded just 14 points in total in their past five matches, nilling their opponents on three occasions in that run.
It's suddenly looking like hard going for the hosts.

Joe Burgess, goal Jez Litten
The try counts!
A searching kick goes up and Hull FC players are caught out just watching it bounce in the afternoon sun.

Again Jez Litten is on the money with the conversion.

His effort, however, is off target and it remains 0-0 as we reach the midway point of the first half.
Hull FC 0-0 Hull KR
Hull KR's Kelepi Tanginoa is the latest to try skip his way into some clear air down the left side.
He, however, is cut down with a high high hit. The penalty is given.
The Robins call for the tee and are going for the two points...

Neither side has managed to come up with a deadlock-breaking moment, but Hull KR have suffered a huge setback with Mikey Lewis limping off.
The 2024 Super League Man of Steel appears to have suffered a groin injury, and he shakes his head in frustration as he makes his way to the sideline.
Hull FC 0-0 Hull KR
The errors just keep coming from both sides.
Hull KR get themselves in all sort of trouble by surrendering possession just a few metres from their own line.
Hull FC try to pick a hold on the Robins defence, but the ball doesn't stick and they knock just a few metres out.
The tempo of this game is relentless right now.
