Cornish Pirates prop Paul Andrew has been banned by the Rugby Football Union for two weeks for hair-pulling.

The 21-year-old pleaded guilty to the charge of pulling the hair of an opponent in the Pirates' win over Plymouth Albion on Christmas Eve at an RFU disciplinary hearing on Monday.

Andrew will also have to pay £200 costs and will be free to play on 31 January.

His team-mate Dave Ward was found not guilty of stamping against Bedford on New Year's Day at the same hearing.
