Michael Holford signs one-year Nottingham contract

Nottingham prop Michael Holford has signed a new-one year contract.

The 29-year-old former Leicester Tigers and Wasps tight-head joined the Green & Whites in 2009 and was the club's third top try-scorer with five last season.

Holford said: "I was a bit late coming on board, but didn't ever want to leave. It's a fantastic club, the lads here are great and the supporters are something else."

Meanwhile centre Joe Munro, 21, has also signed a one-year deal.
