Newport Gwent Dragons' Darren Waters faces lengthy injury lay-off

Newport Gwent Dragons will be without flanker Darren Waters for up to seven months
The 27-year-old ruptured ligaments in his left knee during the Dragons' 18-12 pre-season friendly win over London Irish.
The ex-Pontypridd player will have knee reconstruction surgery after a scan discovered the severity of the injury.
Waters joined the Dragons in May 2011 and made his debut for the region last September against Aironi.
The Beddau-born player made 13 appearances in all competitions for the Dragons last season.
