Cardiff Blues lose final pre-season friendly at Bath

Cardiff Blues will go into the 2012-13 season on the back of a 26-8 defeat by Bath at The Rec.

Alex Cuthbert scored the visitors' try and Gareth Davies added a penalty on Friday night.

Jack Cuthbert and Ollie Barkley scored Bath's tries, with Barkley converting both and kicking four penalties.

The Blues, under new coach Phil Davies, have beaten Free State Cheetahs but lost Worcester and Gloucester in their other pre-season games.
