Paddy Wallace and Mike McComish in new Ulster deals

Veteran centre Paddy Wallace and back-row forward Mike McComish have agreed new contracts at Ulster.

International Wallace, the longest-serving player at Ravenhill, has signed a one-year deal, while McComish has agreed terms for another two years.

Wallace, who has been out recently with a cruciate ligament injury, has made 188 appearances for the province.

"I am looking forward to next season. This squad is the strongest I have been involved with," said Wallace, 33.

"I have no doubt we will be competing for silverware next year.

"I want to be a part of that and to hopefully to become the first player to make 200 appearances for Ulster."

McComish, 29, rejoined Ulster from Connacht at the start of the 2011/12 campaign and has been an important member of Mark Anscombe's squad this season.

Meanwhile, former Ulster players James McKinney and David McIlwaine have returning to Ravenhill on one-year contracts.

Former Ireland Under-20 fly-half McKinney spent this season with Rotherham Titans in the English Championship while McIlwaine, who can play at full-back or on the wing, has been playing most recently for Bristol.
