Scarlets confirm player departures

Scarlets have announced the departure of a clutch of players including Tonga lock Sione Timani and once-capped Wales flanker Richie Pugh.
Fly-half Dan Newton will leave for London Scottish and Wales scrum-half Tavis Knoyle has joined Gloucester.
Wing Dale Ford, fly-half Rhys Jones, prop Peter Edwards and hooker Craig Hawkins also depart Parc y Scarlets.
But lock Richard Kelly gets a two-year extension and Llanelli wing Kyle Evans earns a three-year development deal.
