London Wasps captain Chris Bell and Italy internationals Andrea Masi and Carlo Festuccia have signed new deals with the club.
Forwards Kearnan Myall and Jake Cooper-Woolley and scrum-half Charlie Davies have also agreed contracts, the length of which are undisclosed.
Centre Bell, 31, has made 52 appearances for Wasps and was named captain in the summer.
Midfielder Masi, 32, has struggled with a knee injury this term.
His fellow countryman Festuccia, 33, has been a mainstay of Wasps' front row though after joining this season, starting 12 of his 19 games at hooker.
Lock Myall, 22, has settled in at Adams Park well since joining from Sale in the summer, featuring 13 times this term.
Cooper-Woolley, 24, has been playing his first professional season at prop after joining from Cardiff University and 23-year-old Davies has continued his development as understudy to Joe Simpson.
Director of rugby Dai Young said "There is a range of experience within that group and that is a reflection of what we are trying to build in our squad as a whole.
"We have some hugely experienced guys in our team now who will help to influence the club's direction as well as some talented younger players who we hope will provide the backbone for Wasps in the long term."
